Blank Planner Pages, Two-Page-Per-Week format - 5.5" x 8.5"
Eight plain, undated rectangles on a two-page spread to use as calendar pages for your day planner; fill in your own days, dates, holidays and important dates and decorate as you like. Print double-sided onto standard 8.5 x 11-inch paper, then cut in half for two 5.5 x 8.5-inch pages.
You can change the page size by selecting the "Fit to Page" option when you print from Adobe Reader. Please note that if you change the paper size, you may also need to change the paper size on your printer's "Properties" options. For best results when doing duplex (double-sided) printing, I usally have to choose the "left bind" option so that the pages are aligned correctly on both the front and back. If your printer does not have a duplex printing option, you will need to either 1) print odd pages first and then print even pages on the backsides or 2) feed each page individually to alternate printing on front and back sides of paper. I strongly recommend that you do a couple of test pages first before printing the entire year's worth of pages.
Two-Page-Per-Week format with days of the week filled in - 5.5" x 8.5"
Same as above with the days of the week filled in (Sunday first; Bookman font) and an extra box for weekly notes.
Hand drawn, blank list forms - 5.5" x 8.5"
I use these for my Next Action lists (see the book, Getting Things Done, by David Allen for details), but they are also handy for other lists and logs of all kinds. I like the hand drawn effect. You can use imaging software to alter or decorate these as you see fit. I copy mine onto plain paper and decorate by hand.
You can change the page size by selecting the "Fit to Page" option when you print from Adobe Reader. For example, if you have 8.5 x 11 paper in your printer, selecting "Fit to Page" will resize the planner pages to fit that size paper. Please note that if you want to print onto 5.5 x 8.5 paper, you may also need to change the paper size on your printer's "Properties" options. In addition, remember to either 1) print odd pages first and then print even pages on the backsides or 2) feed each page individually to alternate printing on front and back sides of paper. I strongly recommend that you do a couple of test pages first before printing the entire year's worth of pages.
